THE INN AT CEDAR GROVE

Dr. Steven & Kendra Reed are owners of McRaven Tour Home and are no strangers to hospitality. Dr. Reed was born in Laurel MS and is a graduate of Southern Mississippi and Southern College of Optometry. He is a board-certified optometrist with several practices in Mississippi and serves on the board of the American Optometric Association. He also serves on the board of the Old Depot Museum. Dr. Reed is the father of two adult children. He has a passion for history and Vicksburg and is eager to welcome you to Cedar Grove.

Kendra Reed, born and raised in Southern Oregon, is a transplanted Steel Magnolia.  She’s a graduate of Southern Oregon University. After a 30-year career in pharmaceutical sales management, Kendra has turned her many talents to the restoration and management of every aspect of Cedar Grove.  Kendra's enthusiasm spills over into her love of Vicksburg and her love of her husband, Steven. Kendra also earned a Wine Enthusiast's Court of Master's Level 1 Sommelier. Partnering with the Executive Chef Chris, her wine pairing dinners often sell out and are the talk of the town.
